JOB DESCRIPTION: 
ArmSwissBank CJSC is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist in Operational Services Division, who will perform the responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide high-level customer support;
- Manage Bank's accounts, deposits and other types of accounts;
- Open clients' deposit and other accounts, provide clients with statements on their accounts and transaction statements;
- Prepare and form the Division's transactions and contracts;
- Complement/ withdraw funds from current and deposit accounts by customer request;
- Accept credit payments by non-cash;
- Make reports on operations performed on a daily basis;
- Implement other job-related functions in the Division.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in Economics;
- Work experience in banking/ financial sector is a plus;
- Initiative, flexible and determined personality;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Willingness to work with customers;
- Good command of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Knowledge of ArmSoftBank software is an advantage.
