JOB DESCRIPTION: 
E-World Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead who will manage and lead a team of employees. This position requires to communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team, motivate team members and assess performance, provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance, set up team working processes and assist to scale the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Develop Customer Support Department complete strategy with Project Manager including working processes, guides, quality standards, etc.;
- Implement all processes and procedures;
- Collaborate with HR Manager to hire and train Customer Support Department staff;
- Make regular reports to upper management about Department milestones and progress;
- Maintain CRM system and develop it according to the Department needs;
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis;
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of team performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Master's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred;
- At least 5 years of working experience in a customer support, 2 of which in a supervisory role;
- Near to native English language knowledge;
- eCommerce or IT background will be a big asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to come up with solutions;
- High attention to details;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
