JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Odessi Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with the knowledge of Google products, such as Google Cloud Platform, Google AdWords, Google Analytics. The incumbent will be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing of the Company's products and services, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, designing and implementing online promotions and e-mail campaigns. The ideal candidate will also perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet, including digital sales executive, SEO marketer and online marketing manager, translating business goals into successful SEO campaigns, analyse the performance of SEO efforts and help clients increase search engine rankings for their websites.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Design, implement and monitor SEO campaigns;
- Analyze and optimize PPC campaigns;
- Supervise content marketing campaigns;
- Utilize social media networks (for traffic, awareness, and sales);
- Coordinate the activities of all digital campaigns;
- Set goals and analyze the performance of all digital marketing channels;
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals;
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts);
- Manage end-to-end digital projects;
- Establish the Company's web presence to boost brand awareness;
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media;
- Liaise with marketing, sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency;
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability;
- Stay up to date with digital media developments;
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization;
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used;
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts;
- Prepare emails to send out to customers;
- Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a social or digital media and marketing specialist or in a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software;
- Experience with visual communication principles;
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems;
- Excellent analytical and project management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping and Google Analytics;
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns;
- Fluent knowledge of English language for contacting with head office staff;
- Excellent multitasking skills;
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
- Team player;
- Good time-management skills;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 
Monthly salary/ Negotiable based on experience (during probation period of 3 months the negotiated salary will be split into base and performance bonus scheme)
