JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Public TV Company of Armenia is looking for a highly motivated person with excellent organizational and communication skills for the vacant position of Executive Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Make the calendar of meetings and phone calls of the Executive, appoint meetings, remind the Executive about upcoming meetings and calls;
- Draft minutes of meetings, follow the implementation process of assignments given by the Executive;
- Make all necessary business travel arrangements, gather necessary documents;
- Conduct the Executive's correspondence;
- Organize delegations' reception and, if necessary, hospitality;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of correspondent work experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships with both senior management and external partners;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to perform several tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work with confidential information;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of French, English and Russian languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
