JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Yeremyan Projects is looking for a Financial Project Coordinator/ Financial Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Prepare financial reports;
- Responsible for export of financial data from accounting programs, distribution;
- Report project funding according to financial sources and project directions;
- Responsible for financial control of construction and architectural functions, project support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Work experience in the construction field;
- Sufficient financial and accounting knowledge;
- Knowledge of Armenian programs;
- Market research skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Effective planning skills;
- Practical flexible mindset;
- Good knowledge of tax and labor laws;
- Ability to do business trips.
