JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The incumbent will act as a department secretary and will assist directors and employees in administrative issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Participate in meetings and discussions, take minutes, draft and circulate agendas and materials;
- Maintain meeting schedules, arrange meetings, prepare materials and send reminders to meeting participants;
- Clearly define tasks for the directors and managers, send reminders and ensure their timely performance;
- Maintain department and division documents (both in electronic and paper forms), take care the documents are duly archived;
- Assist other employees of the department in provision of materials, programs, reports, presentations, letters, notifications and other documents;
- Answer and redirect incoming calls and e-mails, greet visitors and accompany them to relevant persons;
- Collect required information and provide it to the department director/ division head;
- Organize meetings, search for relevant materials and present them to the department director/ division head;
- Organize business trips of the department director/ division head, make reservations and bookings, handle visa-related issues, take minutes and make notes during the trips (where necessary);
- Make translations (if required).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree;
- At least 2 year of relevant work experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, ability to multitask, time management skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Representation skills;
- Team player skills;
- Cooperation skills;
- Ability to complete tasks properly in a timely manner;
- Familiar with advanced office equipment and programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet);
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
