JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Holiday Inn Express Yerevan is looking for a Front Desk Agent, who is motivated, energetic, ready to take challenges and learn. The incumbent will not only be the person the guests will rely on to handle transactions, but also should offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. He/ she should also create a warm atmosphere that will make the guests feel at home.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience;
- Handle cash and credit transactions;
- Start every day right by swiftly checking guests' in and out: take IDs, hand out room keys;
- Be one step ahead of guests' needs: record and act on their preferences, handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns;
- Be a trusted contact person for all guests; help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary;
- Jump into other ad-hoc duties when the colleagues need help.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Problem-solving and communication skills;
- Literate and tech-savvy person;
- Flexibility to work morning, evening and night shifts.
