JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Recently, Teach For Armenia launched a Digital Divide Call to Action. More than ever before, Teach For Armenia's students need access to learning. Due to the school closures caused by COVID-19, students in rural communities are falling between the cracks of the digital divide. Teach For Armenia aims to equip every one of its students with the tools necessary to continue learning. The Fundraising Campaign Manager will lead this very important fundraising campaign, in addition to other projects, such as Arise 2030 and Sponsor a Teacher campaign. Reporting to the Chief of External Affairs, the Fundraising Campaign Manager will sit on a team that also includes the Private Partnerships Manager as well as the Public Partnerships Manager. While the Private Partnerships Manager focuses on cultivating support among high-net-worth individuals and corporations, Public Partnerships Manager works closely with the Ministry of Education as well as multilateral institutions. The Fundraising Campaign Manager will primarily intersect with Private Partnerships. Additionally, the External Affairs Team also includes the Marketing and Brand Strategy Department. Together, the whole division ensures that Teach For Armenia maintains visibility both in Armenia and across the diaspora.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
For this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Leading Fundraising Campaigns (40%):
- Manage online campaigns, such as the Digital Divide Call to Action as well as Arise 2030 and Sponsor a Teacher.
Stakeholder Management (25%):
- Ensure that Teach For Armenia continues cultivating relationships with individuals who have donated while converting them into fundraisers.
Maintain Database, Track Progress, and Oversee Communication (15%):
- Leverage platforms such as SalesForce, fúnraise, Mailchimp, and Asana to steward relationships, analyze gaps, and track progress towards goals.
Reporting (10%):
- Generate effective internal reporting mechanisms while ensuring Teach For Armenia is telling a strong narrative to individuals who have donated to its campaigns.
Participating in Org-Wide and Cross-Collaborative Initiatives (10%):
- Along with other staff, participate at regular org-wide events and initiatives to build upon the organizational culture and be a part of the key strategic meetings and events;
- Serve on other working groups and projects as needed.
Note: Teach For Armenia is a growing nonprofit working within a dynamic system. TFA team must be agile as it grows in scale. Teach For Armenia is looking for leaders who are resilient and adaptive. That is to say that responsibilities may shift over time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
For this role specifically, Teach For Armenia is looking for a candidate who possesses the following key competencies:
- Fundraising: Teach For Armenia is looking for a leader who has a track record of leading large fundraising campaigns with a track record of success;
- Crowdsourcing: With the majority of its funding coming from the diaspora, Teach For Armenia needs a fundraiser who can effectively leverage online platforms to crowdsource funding;
- Project Management: The campaigns that the incumbent will be leading are large. As such, Teach For Armenia needs someone who is highly organized and comes prepared with strong project management skills;
- Stakeholder Management: Teach For Armenia has garnered tremendous support, both in Armenia and abroad. The Fundraising Campaign Manager needs to be effective at cultivating donors and converting them into champions for the Organization's work;
- Data Management: The Organization leverages platforms such as fünraise and Salesforce to manage a large database of donors. It will be critical for the incumbent to leverage these tools in order to make data-informed decisions.
Aside from these core competencies, Teach For Armenia is also looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in fundraising with a track record of success;
- Special consideration will be given to individuals with a background in crowdsourcing and running online fundraising campaigns;
- Native speaker in English language; fluency in Armenian language is strongly preferred;
- At least a bachelor's degree; however, many staff members at Teach For Armenia possess a master's degree or higher;
- Meaningful personal connection to the Armenian context.
