JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Majorel is looking for a German Speaking Customer Care Specialist. The incumbent will take on the below mentioned tasks from its Yerevan office.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Process the customers' telephone and written inquiries (inbound);
- Responsible for profound and comprehensive consulting and clarification of customer concerns;
- Responsible for online maintenance of customer data and transactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of German language;
- Friendly and customer-driven attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- PC knowledge;
- Creative mind;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Willingness to work on weekends.
