JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Fora Premium is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of Sales Department to join its growing team in Fora Premium LLC.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Manage sales strategy development;
- Prepare sales reports;
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas;
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance;
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff;
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales;
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers;
- Compile regular reports for dealership management to review.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management (preferable);
- At least two years of work experience in the field;
- Strong knowledge of English language;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good team player;
- High sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Strong character, sharp, goal oriented person with ability to sell;
- Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality;
- Valid driving license.
