JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Majorel is looking for an HR Manager for its emerging team in Yerevan.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Human Resources strategy;
- Develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the Company;
- Lead the development of department goals, objectives and systems; provide leadership of Human Resources function;
- Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights;
- Establish KPIs and reporting that support the accomplishment of the Company's strategic goals;
- Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring process, practices and procedures;
- Review, guide, and approve management recommendations for employment terminations;
- Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars;
- Responsible for HR system and payroll administration, validation and accuracy;
- Establish the Company wage and salary structure, pay policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the Company, including bonuses and raises;
- Keep executive team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of Company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level;
- Follow up on internal/ external audit findings and ensure that all non-compliance issues are closed within the required time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Knowledge of and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and employee development;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Armenian languages;
- Knowledge of German language is a plus;
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills;
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development;
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
