JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Dexatel is seeking a qualified person to work part-time as an HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Consistently recruit an excellent staff;
- Handle day offs, annual leaves and termination procedures;
- Implement, organize and revise the Company's benefit programs;
- Organize team building events and monthly gatherings;
- Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Experience in human resources or a related field;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues;
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy;
- Strong organization, communication and leadership skills.
