JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Majorel is looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to join its growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Support the implementation of the Organization's recruitment strategy;
- Support the search and selection of new employees;
- Support the implementation of talent management initiatives and instruments;
- Carry out personal and telephone interviews with candidates;
- Implement HR strategies, processes, initiatives and goals;
- Track the status of the interview process;
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events;
- Advice and support managers and employees on HR topics;
- Support the development and implementation of staff policies and practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree;
- Experience in HR or a related sphere;
- Strong knowledge of German language; knowledge of English language will be a plus;
- Strong command of PC;
- Analytical thinking and calculation skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Flexibility, resilience, loyalty and discretion.
