JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Basic Corporation is looking for an HR Specialist for the Human Resources Management Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Lead the development and execution of the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position;
- Create and revise job descriptions; implement and manage the recruitment, selection and training processes;
- Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization;
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations;
- Maintain Department records and reports;
- Organize internal events;
- Maintain control of the internal disciplinary rules;
- Responsible for motivation, implementation of support system for the current staff, and for team building.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a related field;
- Good command of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Conflict resolution skills;
- Organizational skills.
