JOB DESCRIPTION: 
“Megna” LLC is looking for an HR Specialist to perform various administrative tasks and support the daily activities of the HR Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Develop and review agreements, decrees, labor contracts, procedures, job descriptions, employee references and other documents related to human resources management;
- Update the Company's internal databases and monthly timesheets on a regular basis;
- Input data to control the schedule of employees’ vacation calendar and prepare other related documents;
- Post job announcements on job boards, careers pages and social networks;
- Manage the recruitment process: screen CVs, schedule and arrange interviews with candidates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of Armenia;
- Experience in MS Office;
- Junior HR experience is an advantage;
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting will be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Russian and English languages.
