JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Ucom LLC is looking for a Internal Compliance and Risk Evaluation Specialist to plan and handle internal compliance and risk evaluation processes according to the Company's internal policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Develop internal policies, procedures and instructions;
- Study, analyze and ensure improvement of business processes in the Company;
- Ensure the compliance between business processes and internal regulatory documents;
- Identify and analyze risks in the business processes, and reports about identified risks;
- Develop recommendations to risk mitigation;
- Support in implementation of new policies, procedures and instructions in the Company;
- Creation and manage risk registry.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in technical and management fields;
- Experience in the field of implementation of business processes;
- At least 3 years of experience in telecommunication sphere;
- Knowledge of principles and methodologies for business impact analysis;
- Knowledge of risk analysis principles;
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the corresponding ISO 31000, 27001:2013 and 9001:2015 standards;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
