JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The incumbent will be responsible for provision of IT support to the Bank staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Answer incoming calls and provide necessary support to the Bank staff;
- Handle tickets in Jira IT Service Desk properly and on time;
- Address technical and software problems of the Bank staff within the scope of authorities and professional expertise;
- Analyze and evaluate Jira IT Service Desk tickets and where necessary forward them to the appropriate IT specialists of the Bank;
- Instruct the Bank staff on usage of Jira IT Service Desk and other systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in a technical field;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in addressing software and hardware problems;
- Knowledge of web-related programs;
- Good skills in Windows systems usage;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work under pressure; attention to detail;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously;
- Team player;
- Commitment to work and sense of responsibility.
