JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to join an international organization with avenue for further career development in IT. The successful candidate will be providing IT support duties while working with a team of friendly IT professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all office-based user requests;
- Respond, report and resolve any IT issues in the office;
- Administer Windows Server Environment (Hyper-V, RDS and AD DS);
- Proactively respond to monitoring system alerts (zabbix);
- Conduct IT inductions for new joiners and arrange hardware and software setup;
- Help educate users on IT procedure and IT changes within the Company;
- Periodically check systems health, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults;
- Assist in product sourcing, interface with vendors, and chase providers' issues;
- Take ownership of any IT issues in the region (additional remote offices).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 3 years of working experience in the IT field;
- Windows Desktop OS support and administration skills;
- IT software and hardware troubleshooting skills;
- Local network configuration and troubleshooting skills;
- Windows server and systems administration experience;
- Fluency in English language (both verbal and written);
- Strong communications skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Positive and professional attitude.
