JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Learning Mission NGO is looking for a Java Instructor to work with students on educational projects guide and mentor, lead brainstorming sessions and encourage critical thinking, and develop good software engineering skills. The expected engagement is twice weekly for 1-1.5 hours per lesson. Total time allocation is approximately 4 hours/week. The instructor is free to pick a convenient time for the lessons preferably after 19:00 Yerevan time. The instructor will be teaching a class of 5-10 students remotely, after regular business hours. The instructor will assign the homework and verify the completion, perform periodic exams and evaluate students’ performance based on provided guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 1+ year of Java development experience or provide proof of completing Java language course in an accredited educational facility, hands-on experience is preferable for student applicants;
- Deep understanding of data structures, common algorithms and Object Oriented Programming is mandatory;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct interactive lessons, engage and motivate students;
- Experience working with students with PTSD is a big plus;
- Good English knowledge is a big plus.
