JOB DESCRIPTION: 
For IPC’s Armenian subsidiary, IPC Caucasus LLC, we are looking for a Junior Internal Services Assistant (f/m/d) who will ensure client-ready documents and presentations, maintain template consistency, and co-ordinate inputs across teams. He/she be the go-to for formatting, version control, and deadline tracking, supporting social media and website updates as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Format, proofread, and finalise client-ready documents/presentations; ensure zero critical errors and on-time delivery (e.g., EBRD, KfW, EIB);
- Enforce client-specific requirements (templates, style, submission rules) and deadlines;
- Consolidate inputs from multiple contributors; maintain version control and tracked changes; communicate updates via email and collaboration tools;
- Streamline templates; resolve formatting glitches; maintain calm under deadlines;
- Support Internal Services lead with social media posts and website content updates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Microsoft Office: Expert-level Word (styles, references, tracked changes), PowerPoint (masters, layouts), Excel (basic formulas, tables);
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) is a plus;
- Meticulous attention to detail and reliable time management under at times multiple priorities;
- Diploma or training in social sciences (communications, linguistics etc.);
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a plus;
- Independent working style, high-level organisational skills as well as high reliability and thoroughness;
- Structured, reliable, and thorough; able to follow and improve checklists and templates.
