JOB DESCRIPTION: 

“Huawei Technologies Armenia” LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the Logistics Manager position. Huawei Technologies Armenia offers a challenging position, the opportunity to grow with the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Be independently responsible for E2E supply procedures (bidding support, contract negotiations, order production monitoring, shipment documents confirmation, international transportation, customs clearance coordination, goods acceptance support);
- Participate in delivery projects realization as supply and logistics manager (develop the supply solution, participate in warehouse management, arrange goods inbound/outbound, materials inventory analysis);
- Review of contract conditions, tender documentation/proposal, logistics estimation;
- Control customs risks and ensure the company's operational compliance policy;
- Prepare reports for Customers and internal routine tracking reports;
- Execute and Manage International transportation business in Armenia (import/export) in accordance with local customs legislation;
- Participate in the project bidding process to design logistics solutions, as per customer’s demands;
- Control logistics quality & timely delivery;
- Follow supply and logistics KPI monitoring and drive improving;
- Establish relations with local Customers and coordinate for supply questions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- BS in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field is preferred;
- Fluency in English and Russian;
- Knowledge of international trade, Transportation, Warehouse and Imp & Exp customs clearance business;
- Familiarity with Armenia customs policy, HS code definition, import and export customs clearance processes and operation, customs compliance;
- Have strong market insight and analysis capabilities, be able to identify business risks in a timely manner, and proactively prevent;

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 

200,000-650,000 Net Monthly
