JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, humanitarian, non-governmental organisation providing assistance to people in need as a result of natural and man-made disasters, irrespective of race, religion, ideology or politics.
Armenian Branch of Association “Medecins Sans Frontieres” (Switzerland) is launching a project to support Republic of Armenia Ministry of Health (MoH) with the Hepatitis C elimination plan with evidence for optimized models of care to scale-up the access to Hepatitis C virus (HCV) care, and with the elimination-targets by expanding access to screening, diagnosis and treatment.
The project will provide access to timely Hepatitis C screening, diagnosis, and treatment trough a simplified “one-stop-shop” service delivery model in two different settings: In existing MoH Primary Health Center (PHC) (Polyclinic) in Yerevan City targeting general population in one-stop-shop-model and including differentiated services delivery models for key populations in partnership with community-based organization in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
Main Purpose: Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to the MSF equipment, facilities and infrastructures, according to MSF standards and protocols in order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Monitor maintenance activities of infrastructures, management of non-medical stocks and equipment according to MSF standards;
- Ensure the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager's supervision through daily visits to the facilities and reporting any anomalies or problems, evaluation of the rehabilitation needs and following up minor building rehabilitation work according to supervisor's instructions; check that premises observe security norms and monitor the consumption of mechanical and electrical vehicles/ machines/ devices;
- Plan together with the line manager the required checks and maintenance activities of energy systems/ set-up according to MSF standards;
- Coordinate and lead the logistics team under his/ her responsibility which includes daily supervision, monitoring of the quality of work and the definition of each person's task, drawing up their working schedules; organize and lead team meetings; participate in the recruitment of team personnel and attend logistics meetings and accounting for his activities;
- Ensure the vehicle fleet maintenance which includes planning and overseeing timely preventive and curative maintenance of all project vehicles according to MSF standards and Instructing and monitoring drivers on correct driving habits and standard checks;
- Manage and follow up orders which includes collecting logistics orders coming from different departments or health facilities; draw up and follow up orders according to the procedures in force; provide technical support to the storekeeper, make local purchases according to MSF supply procedures and ensure reception conditions of freight or arriving material as well as the organization and setting up of materials before its shipment;
- Follow the security in relation with the medical activities;
- Follow the maintenance requests for the activity facilities, in relation with local responsible.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Education: Secondary education and formal technical training;
- Experience: Demonstrate experience in his/ her technical area; experience in NGO is an asset;
- Experience in MSF is desirable;
- Languages: Knowledge of Armenian language (mother tongue); excellent command of English language; knowledge of Russian and/ or French languages is an asset;
- Knowledge: Computer literacy is desirable (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet browsers).
