JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Head of Marketing Department is responsible for the development of the Company marketing strategy, for the brand and services awareness raising and for the maintenance of positive image. The incumbent will manage the overall activities of Marketing and PR Departments and will report directly to the development director of digital products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Establish, develop and implement the Company's marketing strategy, involving PR campaigns based on relevant segments or target groups;
- Establish strategy for the promotion of the Company's brand and products in social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and etc.);
- Carry out audit of the Company's current activities, website, Telcell wallet and social networks;
- Develop budgeting for the Company's marketing strategy, including budgeting for advertisement campaigns on SMM and digital channels;
- Monitor the information flow, to reveal the negative and to organize the process of neutralizing its essence;
- Organize, track and analyze the effectiveness of organized marketing events and further development opportunities;
- Analyze competitors and compare core activities;
- Develop a creative concept;
- If necessary, participate in the recruitment process of the department, direct and organize the work of new employees;
- Define digital KPIs for the whole department and follow up with their implementation;
- Organize the work of outsourced employees (authors, designers, etc.);
- Control the marketing aspect of the call center activities;
- Work in collaboration with other department heads;
- According to existing laws and regulations take responsibilities which may be required from time to time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or other relevant fields;
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, internet marketing and SEO methods;
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the professional field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position;
- Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Computer literacy;
- Knowledge of communications, change and reputation management, media marketing and public opinion research techniques and terminology;
- Ability to work within deadlines, under pressure and in a few directions simultaneously;
- Willingness to integrate into a big rhythmic team;
- Group work ability and willingness;
- Adherence to higher ethical working standards such as honesty, dedication and responsibility;
- Innovative thinking skills, confidentiality and political neutrality.
