About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performing digital products. This role blends creative design with strategic thinking, requiring the ability to turn complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis – Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis to understand user needs and behavior;
- UI/UX Design – Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and maintain scalable design systems;
- Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency;
- Design System Ownership – Develop and maintain component-based design systems to ensure cohesive user experiences;
- Localization & Accessibility – Ensure designs are optimized for multilingual use (English & Armenian) and meet accessibility best practices;
- Iteration & Feedback – Incorporate user feedback, analytics data, and team input to continuously improve usability and design quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7 years in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or data-heavy applications;
- Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken);
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools; strong knowledge of responsive design and interaction patterns;
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of design thinking, agile workflows, and user-centered design principles;
- Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of designing complex digital products, with examples showcasing UX problem-solving and polished UI execution;
- Bonus: Experience designing for technical, analytical, or workflow-intensive applications.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days per week in-office (Yerevan), 2 days remote;
- Occasional travel for workshops, user research, or team events.
