JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Evocabank is looking for a Performance Management Team Lead. The ideal candidate is a person with an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a team; and a high sense of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Identify Company performance and development goals;
- Plan and execute all the milestones in the performance management cycle;
- Support and guide leaders and team members in setting the OKRs;
- Conduct periodic performance analysis;
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to
all stakeholders;
- Develop and implement a succession planning strategy;
- Coordinate with Talent Management teams to gather and provide necessary input;
- Train staff at all levels on the performance framework and the behavioral skills/ soft skills;
- Train mid-level management on various engagement and coaching techniques;
- Draft research-based performance efficiency reports;
- Update the Performance management policy on a yearly basis and if required upon request by the executive committee;
- Benchmark locally, regionally, and globally on the best practices in performance management and come up with improvement plans.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a similar major;
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Management;
- At least a year’s experience in the financial-banking field;
- Hands-on experience with full cycle performance management;
- Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics;
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office;
- Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels;
- Strong communication and presentation abilities;
- Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner;
- Training and facilitation skills are a must;
- Full English proficiency.
