JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Personal Counsellor/ Coach will work in the scope of the "EU4Youth: Employability and Stability" Project, and will be responsible for identification of beneficiaries; conducting assessment; elaboration of individual development plans; provision of individual and group coaching sessions; offering motivation support and supporting youth in organizing peer-to-peer meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Identify the project beneficiaries;
- Conduct needs assessment;
- Develop individual plans for beneficiaries;
- Support beneficiaries in developing job search strategies, job applications and interviews;
- Follow the beneficiaries' progress according to their needs and abilities;
- Provide the coaching;
- Administer and score career development assessments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Psychology, Social Work and related fields;
- Working experience with youth;
- Ability and motivation to work with young people;
- Ability to work collaboratively;
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter;
- Interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian languages.
