JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Fruit Producers Association (FPA) is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a 12 month development project focused on Dual VET cooperation and strengthening the institutional and operational capacities of FPA to deliver demand driven, high quality, and financially sustainable services to its members. The Coordinator will manage day to day operations, ensure smooth communication with partners, and support the delivery of all project outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Project Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate daily project operations and maintain the Work Plan.
- Support implementation of Outputs 1 and 2 in line with donor requirements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Maintain communication with GiZ and project partners.
Dual VET Component
- Organize meetings with VET institutions and producers.
- Support signing cooperation agreements and WBL placement processes.
- Assist in organizing practical assessments.
Organizational Development
- Support development of governance and financial management documents.
- Assist in updating the FPA strategic and operational plans.
- Coordinate website launch and social media activities.
- Organize the annual visibility seminar/workshop.
Member Capacity Building
- Coordinate agronomist field visits and advisory services.
- Support soil/leaf analysis activities and DSS introduction.
- Organize orchard tours, workshops, and training events.
Administration & Communication
- Prepare official letters, meeting minutes, invitations, and documentation.
- Support procurement, contracting, and financial reporting processes.
- Maintain project documentation and digital archive.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, economics, agriculture, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or NGO/association work.
- Experience with donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Experience in agriculture or SME development is desirable.
Skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare reports, official correspondence, and documentation.
- Experience with social media or content management is a plus.
Personal Qualities
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn quickly.
