JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Strategic Development Agency is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing various tasks to ensure the achievement of both general and specific objectives within a regional project focused on the digitalization of small and medium businesses in the agriculture, tourism, and light manufacturing sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The job responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of specific projects and interventions focused on digitalizing small and medium businesses in agriculture, tourism, and light manufacturing sectors;
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the project team, consultants, and experts involved in the implementation process;
- Provide strategic leadership by communicating project expectations to team members, experts, project partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of planned activities;
- Develop project action plans, schedules, and necessary project documents in alignment with Program Management formats and requirements;
- Plan, initiate, and manage the execution of all project processes, deadlines, and required resources;
- Monitor progress against the activity work plan to ensure cost-effective and efficient achievement of project objectives;
- Create project progress reports, communication materials, and other relevant project documents;
- Represent and promote the project in meetings and various events to showcase project activities;
- Present project plans, actual progress, risks, and issues in regular review meetings;
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project partners within the project scope;
- Undertake additional tasks as necessary for the project’s implementation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree in Economics, ICT, Agriculture, Tourism, Project Management, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a project manager or coordinator in economic development, digitalization, income, and employment-focused development programs or activities;
- Demonstrated expertise and accomplishments in implementing and managing economic development, income, and employment-focused development programs or activities;
- Proficiency in program/project management alongside communication, negotiation, and representation skills;
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic planning capabilities;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Outstanding time-management, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills;
- Experience and skills in collaborating with both public and private sectors;
- Experience in coordinating and/ or managing regional projects is advantageous;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English languages, with advanced knowledge of written and spoken Russian;
- Experience in conducting surveys, desk and field research is an advantage;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Commitment to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality, and political neutrality;
- Willingness to learn and pursue professional development;
- Proficiency in computer skills, including practical experience in Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability and willingness to travel countrywide and internationally, as required.
