JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Development Professionals, Inc. (DPI) is seeking to identify a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant, for the USAID/ Armenia Justice Sector Support Project (JSSP). Preference will be given to candidates with similar successful experience with USAID projects or with international/ regional organizations. The position will be part-time and located in Yerevan, with occasional travelling to the regions if needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Receptionist’s work-related duties:
- Greet office visitors,
- Provide basic information about the project to office visitors,
- Monitor office phone line,
- Maintain different office staff and partner contact lists,
- Book appointments for the Chief of Party (CoP) and the Deputy CoP;
- Process incoming mail and general office filing, scanning, mailing, arranging for couriers, etc.;
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings,
- Other duties as assigned by the COP, DCOP or their designees;
- Work collaboratively with the Project team members and the leadership.
Administrative work-related duties:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities,
- Conduct translations (English to Armenian and Armenian to English) for internal project use
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning,
- Provide administrative assistance needed for the implementation of the Project, including occasional Project events outside of Yerevan,
- Run local errands (e.g., picking up from the printers, dropping off event supplies at a venue)
- Maintain and manage off-site file storage,
- Maintain supplies inventory and submit requests to procurement manager as supplies run low,
- Coordinate office maintenance,
- Draft and distribute correspondence memos and official letters.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Arts and Languages or a related field;
- At least 1-2 years of progressive administrative/assistant experience in a professional working environment;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as administrative writing skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work within multi-national teams;
- Fluency in both English and Armenian languages (speaking, reading, and writing).
