JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Aregi LLC is looking for a high-performing Sales Director to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Search for new partners in the local-foreign markets, conduct negotiations, conclude profitable deals;
- Prepare reporting documents and presentations;
- Identify the requirements of partner companies and develop relationships;
- Prepare quotations based on the current market;
- Prepare regular reports and submit them;
- Develop, forecast and implement new programs to increase sales;
- Prepare orders and control the process of their transfer to the customer;
- Research new and existing market;
- Supervise and guide subordinate employees;
- Perform other responsibilities arising from the position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Director in the international market;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office package;
- Flexibility;
- Literate speech;
- Planning skills;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills of English and Russian languages;
- Stress resistance with the ability to orientate quickly in crisis situations.
