JOB DESCRIPTION: 
inOne is looking for a creative, hard-working, experienced Sales Lead to join its team. The lead should work with the sales team and B2B partners to present and sell mobile services. He/ she should keep warm relationships and take the responsibility to support businesses related to provided services. The Sales Lead should improve sales funnel and objections handling scripts.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Work with interns to involve in sales processes;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative selling IT services;
- Knowledge of various sales techniques like SPIN, SNAP;
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
- Experience in sales management systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive is a plus.
