JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Dilijan Development Foundation is looking for a Sales Manager to join its team. The office is based in Yerevan, however the incumbent will make frequent visits to Dilijan.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Analyze current client base and target market for the existing HORECA sector operating units;
- Find out customers' needs for sales opportunities and devise new ways to expand the clients' database;
- Reach out to organizations and businesses that might be interested in the products offered by the operating units;
- Develop, monitor and implement sales activities/ promotion programs and advertising materials;
- Design and advertise special group rates and packages;
- Make sales activity report, weekly work plans and report to operating units' managers;
- Address and solve any sales or marketing related issues;
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance;
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and/ or marketing sector;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian langauges;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
