JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Energize Global Services CJSC is seeking a Scrum Master in Yerevan area. The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching, guiding the team to ever-higher level of cohesiveness, self-organization and performance, and being team's scrum expert and helping the team get the most value possible out of Scrum, resulting in a successful implementation for the foreign client and Energize Global Services CJSC. The incumbent should possess an integration of inter-personal, leadership, guiding, technical and fluent English communicative skill sets being able to travel abroad.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Guide the Development team and foreign client organization on Agile/ Scrum practices and values;
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good agile practices;
- Be a change agent and foster a "learn by doing" environment;
- Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration;
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings as well as arrange planning meetings, help the team in accurate estimation practices;
- Facilitate team retrospectives and help the team identify opportunities for improvement with a plan of action;
- Ensure that all tasks that are subject to release are implemented and demoed on time and meet the definition of done (DoD);
- Check, track and update tasks in Jira on daily level;
- Facilitate consensus building activities and conflict resolution in order to improve team effectiveness;
- Report progress, risks or issues to management;
- Proactively and reactively remove impediments; ensure root causes are addressed;
- Coordinate with other teams (if the project encompasses cross-teams) and communicate status to management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of IT experience;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach;
- Experience in leading Agile/ Scrum adoption at the team level;
- Experience in working for international projects with different cultures;
- Experience with Agile management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence);
- Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition;
- Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics;
- Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and spoken;
- Scrum Master certification;
- Experience in financial/ banking industry will be an advantage;
- Ability to travel abroad.
