JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Senior Executive Assistant coordinates the effective functioning of the Head of Mission (HOM)/ Executive office and provides administrative support services to a HOM and other senior management positions in a mission. This includes the coordination of a wide range of administrative duties such as; overseeing the daily agenda of the executive and his/her mailbox; determining priorities, resolving problematic situations involving last minute changes and/or conflicting activities; drafting, preparing and tracking various official and unofficial documents that may include; letters or diplomatic notes and/or financial reports; the coordination, planning and organization of a wide range of activities related to meetings, hospitality, events or visits and may include making travel and accommodation arrangements; scheduling and overseeing protocol and logistics for meetings, events and visits and ascertaining their importance and urgency by determining their nature and the necessity for the executive’s involvement; assisting and/or attending with pre-visit arrangements and hospitality events, as well as with the research, collection and/or verification of information for a range of subjects, files and cases related to one or more program(s) managed by the HOM/executive.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Candidates will initially be screened against the Essential Qualifications relating to education, language and experience. Candidates must clearly demonstrate when applying to the position how they meet each of these essential qualifications. The language will be assessed further during the process.
Education:
- Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education;
- University degree from a recognized institution or equivalent relevant experience as detailed below (at least 2 years in a senior administrative role).
Language:
- C1 Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- C1 Fluency in Armenian (written and spoken).
Experience:
- Experience providing a variety of administrative services to an office;
- Experience in providing support and advice to management on budgets;
- Relevant experience providing executive or senior-level support including tasks such as:
a) Managing correspondence;
b) Writing emails and memos and completing reports;
c) Diary/calendar and resource management;
d) Managing an office, including staff supervision;
e) Tracking and reporting on budgets using an accounting system;
f) Maintaining and leveraging an effective network of contacts.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 
10,163,730 AMD gross per annum
