JOB DESCRIPTION: 
"Poghosyan, Kirakosyan and Partners" law firm is looking for a highly qualified Senior Lawyer to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Draft and review contracts, corporate resolutions, legal opinions, and other legal documents;
- Provide legal advice to clients on administrative, civil, labor, corporate and tax law issues;
- Represent clients in courts and other state authorities;
- Advise on different projects implemented by the Firm;
- Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal issues;
- Draft statements of claims and applications to courts;
- Conduct research and analysis of complex legal issues;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Master's degree in Law;
- Advocacy activity license;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal adviser;
- Excellent command of Armenian laws, especially the civil, administrative law;
- Ability to identify significant legal exposures for the company while maintaining a practical approach to protecting against them;
- Knowledge of legal terminology in Russian and English languages, as well as an attempt to prepare legal contracts (or bilingual agreements);
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian languages, as well as written and verbal communication skills;
- Good team player and high degree of professional ethics;
- Admission to practice law in Armenia is preferred;
- Skills in drafting claims, counterclaims and other procedural documents would be an asset.
