JOB DESCRIPTION: 
As the core of the maintenance project team, the SPM Assistant takes the lead in customer-facing contract fulfillment and issue resolution, ensures network stability, and is responsible for project operation results and customer satisfaction. Corresponding to mid- and senior-level management in the maintenance domain of customers, enhancing customer loyalty and helping customers achieve business success through value delivery, fulfilling contractual delivery of customer support services (including spare parts services), and supporting timely contract renewal and expansion of maintenance services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Act as the primary owner of maintenance project delivery and support pre-sales expansion and post-sales delivery of maintenance projects;
- Be responsible for project operation management; manage costs such as maintenance service receivables, revenue, and labor hour approval; be responsible for the achievement of operation targets of maintenance projects;
- Manage customer satisfaction, regularly communicate with key customers (such as O&M directors and CXOs), present service value, and improve service brand;
- Identify major issues and complaints that customers are concerned about, initiate management escalation in a timely manner, drive closure, and take responsibility for the satisfaction of senior customers with major issues;
- Be responsible for customer coordination and organization during accident recovery and customer care after recovery;
- Be responsible for maintenance project initiation, team establishment, performance management, maintenance plan formulation and execution, and resource investment, plan execution, and delivery quality of maintenance projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, any major (management or technical background is preferable);
- Language skills: fluency in English and Russian languages; knowledge of Chinese is optional;
- Work experience: working experience in a multinational company is preferable;
- Knowledge of ICT tools, MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- High sense of responsibility, comply with leadership;
- Experience of preparing reports and presentations;
- Team player, open communication, able to work in an international team;
- Easy learner, enthusiastic with good communication skills.
