JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Carpisa Italian brand store needs a Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Organize the work of the team;
- Carry out with the staff the tasks assigned to the branch;
- Solve current work issues;
- Track the availability of the required quantity of products;
- If needed, assist customers in choosing the product, consult on the range of products sold in the store, on their features and consumer characteristics;
- Participate in sales of products, presenting customers the advertised items, informing the existing system of discounts and promotions;
- Participate in training programs organized by the Company, and accreditation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- 1-2 years of experience in managing a brand store;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Enterprising skills;
- Staff motivation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
