JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Navavan LLC is looking for a Store Manager to work in Reyma store. The Store Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the market. He/ she will staff and direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Company vision and values. He/ she will also establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Prepare monthly sales plan;
- Prepare sales reports;
- Cooperate with customers and staff;
- Organize sales trainings;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the teamwork;
- Co-operate with other managers;
- Maintain the knowledge of the current product range and Company services among the staff;
- Track competitor activities and market trends;
- Ensure that the environment of the store is correctly organized, management of store's staff;
- Taking care of correct layout of the goods.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales;
- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of 1C program;
- Good knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages.
