JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Miniso AM LLC is looking for an energized, motivated and self-driven individual for the position of Store Manager. This position is an opportunity for a candidate looking to grow in an international retail company.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Deal with customer queries and complaints;
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency;
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment;
- Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising;
- Oversee stock levels and order new items when required;
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, objections and conflicts);
- Liaise with the Head Office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 1 year of successful experience as a Retail Manager;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to details, ability to be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
