JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Les Néréides Paris boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Sales and Performance Management;
- Team Management and Leadership;
- Customer Experience and Brand Image, Merchandizing;
- Store Operations;
- Reporting and Administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in luxury or premium retail;
- Sales-driven with excellent organizational abilities;
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury retail.
