JOB DESCRIPTION: 
AMarkets, a leading financial broker providing an extensive variety of electronically traded products for clients all over the world since 2007, is looking for an active and motivated Support Specialist for its division in Yerevan. The Company would like to see a result-oriented person with good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide support to clients and partners regarding the Company's products and services, deal with financial and technical questions;
- Answer all online referrals via phone, email and chat;
- Solve technical questions and issues with IT Department;
- Responsible for instructions and manuals preparation for clients and partners;
- Responsible for live chat support;
- Participate in different projects of the Company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of experience in support or sales;
- Fluency in Farsi language; upper intermediate level of English language;
- Knowledge of financial markets is preferable.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 
600-1200 USD (Fixed salary and bonuses according to KPI)
