JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team; and high sense of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Identify and manage technical issues;
- Provide smooth functioning of the equipment;
- Responsible for access management of the systems;
- Provide continuous technical support;
- Implement other assignments by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher technical education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the IT field;
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN;
- Good knowledge of operating systems, network computing and hardware;
- Command of technical English language will be a big plus;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Flexibility and strong practical mind;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
