JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The USAID Economic Foundations for a Resilient Armenia (EFRA or Activity) is a five-year contract to CNFA to strengthen key economic actors in both the public and private sectors in tourism, agriculture and high-tech.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for providing technical writing and editing support to Economic Foundations and will work under the supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Solicit and edit written materials for non-native English source writers, whose technical inputs are critical to the production of the final product;
- Offer co-writing support to non-native English source writers when necessary;
- Ensure all documents that are edited and/or co-written maintain technical accuracy, capture appropriateness of style, and adhere to format and content requirements;
- Assist in developing and maintaining promotional content for multimedia purposes;
- Write, edit, and update technical documents, including training materials, event reports, weekly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports, success stories, and other relevant materials;
- Verify the accuracy of information and data presented in reports. Cross-reference content to ensure consistency and correctness;
- Ensure all documents adhere to the required formatting and document style guidelines;
- Update and maintain document templates as needed;
- Standardize terminology and language used across all documents. Implement and maintain a consistent style and tone in all written materials;
- Work closely with teams across all objectives, including sector managers, to align documentation with project goals;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MEL Director and COP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field;
- Demonstrated fluency and strong technical writing and speaking skills in English and Armenian;
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field;
- Verbal presentation skills and experience designing PPT presentations;
- Ability to gather information from subject matter experts and other resources;
- Highly proficient in creating textual, graphic, and/or audio-visual content;
- MS Office proficiency is a must.
