JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a candidate for the position of Tumanyan Branch Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization of excellent customer service and customer attraction in the Branch of the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide delivery of quality services in the Branch;
- Identify and satisfy customer needs;
- Organize and execute sales of the Bank products;
- Implement an active policy of customer attraction;
- Effectively solve tasks set for the Branch and provide performance of valuable activities;
- Effectively manage the personnel of the Branch;
- Control the maintenance of the building and interior of the Branch.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in the fields of Economics or Finance;
- At least 3 years of banking work experience in management positions;
- Computer skills, experience in working with Armenian Software;
- International qualification is a plus;
- Awareness of excellent customer service and crediting procedures;
- Awareness of Armenian banking legislation;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethics;
- Ability to lead a team and work in a team;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, high sense of responsibility;
- Negotiations and conflict management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
