DETAIL DESCRIPTION: 
In the scope of RECONOMY programme, Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe (in further text referred to as Help) started the implementation of the project “Inclusive jobs in ICT” in Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine, with the objective to enable women and youth up to 30 years of age, including the most disadvantaged and excluded groups, to benefit from economic opportunities by increasing their income and taking up decent/green employment/self-employment. The Programme is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and is implemented jointly by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation (Helvetas) together with Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.
Part of the project strategic process is private sector engagement that focuses on a joint endeavour by the RECONOMY Programme and the private sector for greater scale, sustainability, and effectiveness of development outcomes. The project is built on three main pillars: skills and intermediation service development, business services development, and advocacy.
Background and Rationale
Help has concluded a Partnership Agreement with Armenian Code Academy to create important synergies and contribute to the goal of RECONOMY and the business/activity of Armenian Code Academy, eventually leading to better economic opportunities (income and jobs) for the target group. The purpose of the Agreement is to contribute to the long-term competitiveness and growth of Armenian professionals and enterprises in the gaming sector. Armenian Code Academy will develop two new game development courses for industry newcomers. Moreover, Armenian Code Academy will organise a game development conference together with industry main players to showcase the international presence and diversity of projects that they represent, as well as inform target audience on game dev. eco-system transformation.
Purpose of “Tutors Hiring and Recruitment Services for Armenian Code Academy ”
The primary objective of the needed service is to implement the process of hiring and recruiting of the skilled Game Development tutors for Armenian Code Academy. The individual and/or agency should identify, attract, and onboard talented individuals who possess not only technical expertise in game development but also a passion for imparting knowledge
Final Outcome: Hiring 1 Tutor and 1 Tutors Assistant
REQUIREMENTS: 
Qualification requirements for the consultant:
- At least 5 years in the Industry;
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Demonstrated experience in hiring for diverse roles, including technical, managerial, and specialised positions;
- Proficient in utilising modern recruitment tools and technologies;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing platforms, and other relevant HR technologies;
- Experience working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment;
- Ability to coordinate and integrate efforts with other HR functions and departments;
- Ability to understand and meet the unique needs of the organization.
