JOB DESCRIPTION: 
MSF is looking for a skilled and experienced video editor or a professional video editing organisation to provide video editing services. Visual storytelling is vital in conveying the impact of humanitarian work our organisation carries out in Armenia. The videos will be used to raise awareness about MSF’s work in Armenia and worldwide.

Main tasks of the role:
The following services are expected from the selected video editor:
- Editing: cutting, rearranging, and combining video footage as per provided scripts or guidelines;
- Voiceover integration: incorporating voiceovers into the video content;
- Closed captioning: adding accurate closed captions to the video;
- Graphics and animations: creating and integrating graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed;
- Color correction and audio mixing: enhancing video quality through color correction and audio adjustments.
Other:
- The final product should always include a detailed shotlist, as well as an international version in order to be eventually edited in other languages;
- The video editor should ensure outputs are clear, engaging, contemporary and unified according to MSF style and any specific stylistic requirements MSF might have for a particular material;
- MSF would have the right to request a revision for correction of deliverables, should it not be considered in line with requirements, with no extra costs to be charged to MSF.
Practical arrangements
- Footage will be provided by MSF, captured in MSF project sites in Armenia and worldwide;
- Any request for video editing will be made and agreed by both parties by email under the conditions laid out in a service contract signed with the selected video editor;
- The selected video editor must be available throughout the entire period of the service agreement.

Requirements:
MSF selects the video editor to be awarded for a contract based on best value for money. For this tender, the following criteria will be considered:
- Cost;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience video editing for CSOs, non-profit organisations, international organisations, etc;
- A demonstrated understanding of video editing programmes;
- Evidence of capacity and reliability: based on MSF’s past positive experience with the bidder, references from other organisations or evidence of similar contracts in the past;
- Commitment to MSF’s values: a demonstrated commitment to MSF’s principles;
- Quality of video editing: bidders are requested to provide three examples of previous work.

- Portfolio of Works: A portfolio showcasing three examples of relevant work;

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, humanitarian, non-governmental organisation providing assistance to people in need as a result of natural and man-made disasters, irrespective of race, religion, ideology or politics. MSF started to work in Armenia in 1988 to respond to medical and humanitarian needs following the Spitak earthquake. Since then, for over 30 years MSF has provided assistance to the population in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh with different projects, such as therapeutic care to children with physical and/or mental disability, mental health support, programs focused on multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (TB), etc. Currently, MSF team supports free of charge access for Hepatitis C Virus testing and treatment in Yerevan.
