JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a VIP Customer Service Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for the excellent customer service and customer attraction in the Division of the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Ensure VIP customer high-quality service;
- Identify and fulfill the Bank customers' needs;
- Sell banking products;
- Acquire new customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of professional experience (customer service in banking);
- Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and customer service procedures;
- Good grasp of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
- International qualifications are a strong plus;
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to deliver excellent services to VIP customers;
- Customer acquisition and sales plan implementation skills;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Analytical and practical flexible mindset;
- Fluency in Armenian language, excellent command of Russian and English languages.
