JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a VIP Service Consultant who will be responsible for excellent customer service and customer attraction in the VIP Service Division of the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Ensure VIP customer high-quality service;
- Identify and fulfill the Bank customers' needs;
- Sell banking products;
- Acquire new customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- Experience in customer service in a bank is a plus;
- Good grasp of MS Word and MS Excel;
- International education and qualifications are a strong plus;
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to deliver excellent service to VIP customers;
- Sales skills;
- Analytical, practical and flexible mindset;
- Fluency in Armenian language; excellent command of Russian and English languages.
