Squad: Custom Courses Squad
Professional Level: Mid-level
Work Arrangement: Flexible and responsibility-based. We expect you to be there for client meetings, program launches, and key offline sessions. The rest is up to you: you choose where and when you work, based on what serves the goals of the role best.
We build custom AI programs for companies, universities, ministries, and other
organizations. The AI Learning Architect designs those programs.
Every program is different. A course for lawyers is nothing like a course for
marketers, and neither one looks like a course for hospital managers. So you go
in, learn what these people actually do all day, find where AI genuinely helps
them, and build a program around that.
Then you make it happen: the research, the curriculum, the teachers, the
sessions, and the program itself while it runs. If it works, that is your win. If it does
not, that is yours too.
You do not need to be an AI engineer or researcher. You need to be an AI
enthusiast: someone who uses these tools every day, tries new ones as they
come out, and gets excited about what people can do with them

What You Will Do
You own a program from the first client conversation to the final result.
Understand the client
- Meet the client and learn how their organization really works: the teams, the
roles, the daily workflows.
- Find out who your learners are and where their real problems and
opportunities sit.
- Run digital and AI literacy assessments, so you know the group's true starting
level.
- Turn all of this into a clear answer to one question: what does this program
need to achieve?
Research the field
- Go deep into the client's profession. Learn how lawyers, doctors, marketers,
or civil servants actually work.
- Test which AI tools and use cases genuinely help in that field, and which ones
only look good on a slide.
- Bring in domain experts and interview them when you need depth we do not
have in-house.
- Check your use cases with those experts, so what we teach holds up in front
of a room of professionals.
Design the program
- Build the curriculum: the arc of the program, the sessions, the order, the
outcomes, and the practical use cases at the heart of each session.
- Design how the program teaches, not just what it covers. We learn by doing
and by solving real problems.
- Create pre- and post-assessments, quizzes, and surveys that show whether
the program actually worked.
- Prepare the materials and structure that teachers will build on.
Work with the teachers
- Choose the right teacher for each session from our teacher pool.
- Share the vision of the program with them and brief them on their session: the
audience, the goal, the use cases, the level, the tone.
- Shape the session together with them. Sometimes you review what they build.
Often you build it with them.
- Keep the program coherent, so that ten sessions by ten teachers feel like one
journey.
Own the delivery and the result
- Be there while the program runs. Watch sessions, read the room, talk to
learners, and fix things while there is still time.
- Stay in touch with the client, so problems come up early and expectations stay
aligned.
- Work closely with the Learning Experience Coordinator, who handles the
operational and technical side of delivery.
- Measure the results and report honestly on what worked and what did not.
- Turn every program into something reusable: better methods, better use
cases, better assessments, and AI-powered systems that make the next
program faster and stronger.
About the Custom Courses Squad
The Custom Courses Squad designs and delivers customized AI and education
programs for companies, institutions, universities, government bodies, and other
organizations.
Our work is practical, fast-moving, and client-facing. Every course is different, so
the team needs people who can adapt quickly, coordinate many details, and make
sure the learning experience feels clear, professional, and valuable.
At Lumiverse, roles are not rigid. We work as a team, take ownership, and do
whatever is needed to move the mission forward.

What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
- You may be a good fit if you are:
- An AI enthusiast and early adopter, using several AI tools every day.
- Curious about how AI can empower people, not only about the technology.
- A fast learner who enjoys going deep into an unfamiliar field.
- Proactive. Nobody here hands out assignments. You see what needs doing
and do it.
- Comfortable taking ownership of the whole result, not only your own tasks.
- Reliable: when you take something, people can trust that it will be done well.
- Resourceful and street-smart.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable in changing situations.
- Positive, energetic, and comfortable with clients, experts, teachers, and
learners.
- A clear and engaging communicator.
- Fresh in your thinking about education, and not attached to how things have
always been done.
- Open to direct feedback and willing to improve fast.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where roles are not always
fixed.
At Lumiverse nothing stays fixed for long. We keep changing and transforming,
and people often end up doing something quite different from
what they started with. That should sound exciting to you, not stressful.
We are not looking for someone with a long CV and fixed habits. We would much
rather meet someone who is far better than their CV suggests, and who wants to
grow fast with us.
Skills and Experience
Required
- You use AI tools every day in your real work: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,
NotebookLM, Gamma, Grok, AI agents, automation tools, and whatever comes
next.
- 2+ years of professional experience where you designed something, owned
the outcome, and worked with real people on the other side.
- Some experience in education: teaching, training, facilitating, course design,
or something close to it.
- You can research an unfamiliar field and come back with something credible.
- Strong communication skills. You can make complicated things simple.
- Armenian fluency and good English. Much of what you will research is in
English.
Big advantages
- Experience designing courses, curricula, or workshops.
- Experience teaching or facilitating for professional audiences.
- Experience with clients, consulting, or needs assessment.
- Experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents for your own work.
You do not need to have done this exact job before. Almost nobody has. We will
teach you our methods, our processes, and our systems, and we are glad to invest
in people who want to grow. If you love AI, take ownership, and stay open to
feedback, you will learn the rest here fast.

What We Offer
- Work at the intersection of AI, education, and real change, with companies
and institutions all across Armenia.
- Real ownership. You design programs that change how hundreds of
professionals work, and you get to see it happen.
- A fast, mission-driven, startup-like environment that keeps experimenting and
reinventing itself.
- A flat team with no traditional bosses. People take initiative, make decisions,
and grow by solving real problems.
- Freedom to shape how we work, not just follow it.
- Time with the newest AI tools as part of the job, not on your own evenings.
- Direct feedback, high standards, and a place built for growing fast.
This Role Is Not for You If
This role may not be a fit if:
- You want a slow, fixed, bureaucratic job.
- You want to design courses at your desk, without talking to clients, experts,
teachers, and learners.
- You are uncomfortable with ambiguity, experiments, or fast changes.
- You want to work on one program at a time, slowly and perfectly.
- You are interested in AI in theory more than in daily practice.
- You are attached to how education has always been done.
- You are very sensitive to direct feedback.
- You want credit for the design but not responsibility for the result.
At Lumiverse, we give each other direct and radically honest feedback. We see
feedback as a gift and one of the fastest ways to grow. It is intense, but it is very
rewarding for people who want to learn, take ownership, and become much
stronger quickly
