ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Career Center Client Company is looking for a progressive manager with strong leadership skills with below requirements.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff;
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth;
- Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers;
- Working closely with Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance;
- Improving internal processes for better productivity;
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports;
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in business, economics or marketing;
- At least 5 years in relevant position
strong leadership, motivated, problem-solving, communication skills, analitical ability;
- Strong trilingual skill set with professional fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian for both writing and speaking. Knowledge of any other language will be an advantage.
